Rajasthan: Pharmacists now have to fight on following points:

1. % based selection process is not a good system.

It will not be able to discriminate between candidates who are passing with low % but no back overall than the candidates with a lot of back and finally getting higher%. Candidates who are passing from institutes who are involved in malpractices (Like cheating, giving on or above average marks without any attendance and sessional exams, not having even half of required faculty, not having even Procipal in college) in academics.

This can be easily visualized with the analysis of D.Pharm result of RUHS this year. This year all centers were rotated. Therefore these type of institution who were involved in malpractices got a very bad passing % result. Few centers were not rotated. Their result can also be analysed and predicted. B.Pharm centers also will be rotated this year. So check have a look on their results.

2. Bonus marks must be opposed, as the candidates (except NRHM) were not posted by any selection criteria. They all are on their place due to setting/ obligations. Few are not working regularly, but getting 100% attendance at work place due to setting, they will get Bonus. You can also observe candidates with bonus and candidates without bonus. Both categories can be easily distinguished by their characters. How they got bonus, anyone can understand.

3. Service rules has to be framed properly with combination of a committee of academicians and pharmacists (not by bureaucrats) 

4. Proper cadre should be framed on the basis of qualification. We already have deficiency of Doctors, but Govt is using these doctors in Pharma system and public is waiting for them. They shold go back to their stream to serve people. 

5. No nursing staff should be allowed to work at DDC or store. If we have deficiency of nursing staff, then why they are being used in Pharma places. On that places Pharmacists should be recruited.

6. Pharmacist recruitment board should be framed as framed for Agriculture Stream.

Service rules amendments for health Services

Service rules  for health Services has been amended by state Govt. Now all subordinate service candidates will be selected on the basis of % and bonus numbers will be provided to candidates working under govt agencies. This include Pharmacist, Nursing staff, lab technician etc. JAAGO INDIA JAAGO!!

डीसीओ की नई मेरिट सूची जल्द

जयपुर। राजस्थान हेल्थ साइंस यूनिवर्सिटी की ओर से आयोजित ड्रग कंट्रोलर ऑफिसर (डीसीओ) भर्ती परीक्षा की नई मेरिट सूची अगले सप्ताह तक जारी हो जाएगी। यूनिवर्सिटी की कोर कमेटी की बैठक में तय किया गया है कि आउट ऑफ सिलेबस आए 12 प्रश्नों के अंक कम करके अब 88 अंकों के आधार पर मेरिट सूची बनाई जाएगी।

हैल्थ साइंस यूनिवर्सिटी प्रवक्ता डॉ.एम.सी.आर.व्यास ने बताया कि न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी व नाइपर चंडीगढ़ से जांच कराने के बाद सामने आया कि 12 प्रश्न आउट ऑफ सिलेबस थे। शनिवार को आयोजित कोर कमेटी के सदस्यों की बैठक में इन 12 प्रश्नों के अंक कम करके अब 88 अंकों के आधार पर ही संशोधित सूची बनाने का निर्णय हुआ। यह सूची अगले सप्ताह तक जारी कर दी जाएगी। गौरतलब है कि 20 मई 2012 को आयोजित परीक्षा में 6 हजार 327 अभ्यार्थियों ने आवेदन किया, जिसमें से 5 हजार 698 परीक्षार्थी शामिल हुए।

Caution- Pharmacists doing M.Pharm with Govt. job

This is hereby notified that if any Pharmacist is doing his/her M.Pharm along with job, kindly discontinue it as soon as possible. This is illegal and you will never be able to show your PG degree anywhere. Govt is not giving any higher education leave in probation period. So don't apply for it upto atleast probation (2 years).

As there will be posts for M.Pharm in future, so it will be beneficial for you to do PG, but do it through proper channel, otherwise, you will never be able to take benefit of your degree. You can now discontinue your M.Pharm and continue from the same point afterwards. So, don't take risk. This is kind suggestion from PHARMA-XL.
